General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) apply to orders for Surfmate products placed via Instagram or other direct communication channels. For use of the Surfmate app and website, see our Terms of Service. For your right to cancel a product purchase, see our Right of Withdrawal.

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders for products of the Surfmate brand placed via Instagram or other direct communication channels.

2. Contracting party

3. Conclusion of contract

A purchase contract is concluded once the order has been confirmed by Jolie Bast and the full purchase price has been received.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in euros.

Payment is made exclusively by advance payment (bank transfer or another agreed payment method).

Shipping takes place after full payment has been received.

In accordance with § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged or displayed (small business regulation — Kleinunternehmerregelung).

5. Shipping

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the buyer.

Delivery time is typically 7–24 working days after receipt of payment, unless stated otherwise. More precise information is provided individually, as production capacity is limited. Products can only be produced when Jolie is on Mallorca.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of Jolie Bast until full payment has been made.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

8. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected if you qualify as a consumer.
